Thank You!
The Golf Outing was a huge success. The sun was shining and the scores were low. Thanks to our hosts , Norm Brazee, Pat Kilcooley and Ray Kuver and their wives. Thanks also to our generous sponsors and our tireless volunteers. Also thanks to Patty Heutele for the posters. A round of applause to our kitchen and bar staff who provided a delicious meal. Next year's will surely sell out quickly, everyone enjoyed themselves immensely.

The Clambake was also a huge success. With over 200 people in attendance and perfect weather how could we miss? The food was hot and the beer was cold. Again Robin and the kitchen and bar staff outdid themselves. Watch for the 4th of July Party when we can do it all again!

A personal note from Fred Sigrist, President: I would sincerely like to thank the members and staff of the Belmar Fishing Club for their prayers, cards, fruit and well wishes, which I received during my recent illness. Your thoughtfulness is deeply appreciated. Doris and I were overwhelmed by the number of people who called or wrote. Thank you so much. Now that I am back on my feet again, watch out!

The following members were elected to the Nominating Committee at the Semi-Annual Meeting: Ed Miklus, Bob Jost, Mac Asadi, Cecil Lear, Bob Krug, Pat Kilcooley (Alternate).

Reminders from Robin
We are taking reservations for 8 or more on Friday, Wednesday and Sunday. All other tables will be on a first come, first served basis. If you would like a table for under 8 give your name to the bartender or cocktail waitress. We hope this will enable all members to get a table when they are ready to eat. If you have any questions, feel free to call 681-7622. Payments from members and guests for Club parties will no longer be accepted at the door. You may mail in your payment or leave it in the box by the bar. Otherwise we will charge your account for both members and guests attending these functions.

Policy Reminder
Members are not permitted to lend their keys to anyone, including family members. Only guests accompanied by members are allowed to fish off the pier.
