Summer Kick-off a Great Success
The Clambake was a great way to start our summer season at the BFC. The weather cooperated and the food was wonderful as always. If you didn't make this one, plan to attend our Crab Feast on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend.

Over 45 days Action taken by Board of Governors at monthly meeting.

Over 60 days Membership terminated.

Board of Governors
The Board of Governors unanimously passed a new House Rule to ban cigar and pipe smoking.

They also decided on new hours for Sundays. The bar will be open from 1:00 to 9:00pm, and the kitchen from 4:00 to 9:00pm. This is effective starting July 5.

The Pier Committee received only one bid to repair the pier. They are working on getting a breakdown of the one bid and are still soliciting more pier repair bids.

As you requested!! We are going to have a Crab Feast on Saturday, September 5. This is Labor Day Weekend, so mark your calendars now.

We are trying to gauge interest in having a Wine Tasting some time this summer. If you are interested, please see the sign-up sheet on the Bulletin Board or call Robin. It should only cost about $20-25 per person.
