The "After the Parade" party was a huge success. A special thank you to the Hudson County Police and Firemen's Bagpipe Band who generously donated their time and talent to the BFC.

All of us who attended the Annual St. Patrick's Day Dinner Dance truly enjoyed the festivities. Our thanks to Mike Cunningham and Rachel Grant for hosting an especially wonderful evening of dining and dancing filled with St. Patrick's Day spirit. A special thank you to Cliff and Walter Robinson for entertaining all with their music and songs.

New Members
A warm BFC welcome to the following new members:

Reminders
Members who have not paid their dues by March 31, 1998 will be suspended and will forfeit all Club privileges in accordance with Article 10, Par. 3 of the BFC Constitution and By-laws.

The bar and restaurant will remain open on Wednesdays through April. (Click here for dinner specials.)

On April 12, 1998, Easter Sunday, the Club will be open from 11am to 2pm. All members and guests are invited to enjoy our Easter Sunday buffet. The price will be $14 for adults and $7 for children under 12. Please call Robin Casey at 681-7622 for reservations.

Current Business
Access to the fishing pier is still restricted until the severity of the damage has been determined. Pier repair contractors are presently preparing estimates and plans for a pier repair solution. President Sigrist will form a Special Committee to make recommendations concerning the pier repair. Members who are interested in participating in this committee should contact him.

All members are invited to join Stephen Podd in a concerted effort to protect our Belmar beachfront. To assist in this effort, please contact Steve at the Club or by fax at 774-1685.

President Sigrist advises that additional Club enhancements are planned for the future.

First Annual BFC Talent Show: Sign up now for an in-house talent show being planned for late spring. A host for this event will be named at a later date. All members and guests are encouraged to participate by contacting President Sigrist.
